Lisa Paul-Hill: President/CEO
Lisa Paul-Hill was selected, by the Wheelhouse Credit Union Board of Directors, to take over as the Credit Union’s new President and CEO effective April 1, 2017, succeeding Stan Abrams, who retired on March 31, 2017.
Lisa has more than 22 years of experience in the credit union industry – primarily serving within the executive management level with a strong emphasis in consumer and residential lending. During her career, she spent 18 years in senior management with San Diego County Credit Union and most recently, was a key member of the executive teams at North Island Credit Union in San Diego and Wescom Credit Union in Anaheim. In addition, she previously held several industry volunteer positions, including serving on the credit union advisory boards of DealerTrack and TransUnion.
Lisa received a full academic scholarship to the University of San Diego where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.
Lisa has always been deeply committed to improving her community and actively volunteers for several organizations including the Make-A-Wish Foundation of San Diego and its event committees (Fashion With A Passion, Wine for Wishes, Walk for Wishes). She has been recognized as a top fundraiser and supporter of Susan G. Komen, San Diego.
Lisa is honored to have been chosen as CEO and looks forward to contributing to our continued success working alongside a team of dedicated employees and volunteer members of our Board of Directors and Supervisory Committees.
Alex Hosch: Senior Vice President, Enterprise Risk Management and Information Technology
Alex has over 25 years of experience in the information systems and technology management and 20 years within the financial services industry. Alex is the current Senior Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management, and his responsibilities also include Information Technology and Risk Compliance. He has additional depth in several industries such as academic course development, product development, information systems and security management, program/project management, and technology consulting.
Alex received a Ph.D. doctorate from Walden University and holds two Master degrees from Keller Graduate School of Management. Alex also has a designation of Credit Union Enterprise Risk Management Expert (CUERME) designated by the National Credit Union Association. He is also a San Diego Professor and Adjunct Visiting Instructor. Alex enjoys golf and the sounds of smooth jazz.
Rebecca Ramos-Arzola: Vice President, Human Resources
Rebecca Ramos-Arzola has over 23 years of experience in human resources, and 18 years within the credit union industry. She is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at WheelhouseCU and oversees all of the human resources functions, including recruitment, learning & development, compensation systems, new employee orientations and human resource and personnel policies and programs.
Rebecca attended the University of Illinois at Circle Campus and is also a graduate of the Western CUNA Management School. She has the designation of Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management. Rebecca enjoys the San Diego weather, especially due to the fact that she was born and raised in Chicago. She has one son and enjoys reading and time spent outside gardening.
Michael Glogowski is the Vice President of Information Systems at Wheelhouse Credit Union, joining the Wheelhouse team in June of 2017. Michael brings more than 30 years of technology leadership and over 18 years in the credit union experience to his role within the organization. Michael has an undergraduate degree in Information Systems from University of Phoenix and an MBA from Washington State University.
Michael Glogowski: Vice President, Information Systems
Before joining Wheelhouse Credit Union, Michael served as Vice President of Technology at AllSouth Federal Credit Union in Columbia, South Carolina, managing the technology for 23 branches and 71 ATMs.
Michael started his technology career in the NAVY where he served for eight years as a Data Systems Technician. He served most of his NAVY career on-board the USS Thach (FFG-43). Michael continues to support the military through voluntary work and different charity events; he enjoys playing golf, spending time with his family and friends and reading.
