If you are a Wheelhouse Member and would like the payoff amount on your loan, please call our Phone Branch at 619-297-4835 during regular business hours.
If you are a Lender, Escrow or Title company and would like a payoff amount for a Wheelhouse Loan, please fax your request with a Signed Borrower’s Authorization to 858-279-3032.
Filing Loan Protection Claims
Payment – Debt Protection) (DP)

- Email to file a claim or check the status of a claim, log on to Securian.com/benefits
Documents required:
- (Life) Death Certificate
- (Disability) Doctor/Clinical Notes with start date (Example: Out due to Surgery) or Letter from the State out on disability with date of time frame.
- (Involuntary – Unemployment) Online Unemployment Application Submission provided by the State with start date of claim filed
Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP)
- To file a claim contact loanservicing@wheelhousecu.com
- Total Loss – Need to file first with the insurance carrier
- Stolen – Police report
- Deductible Reimbursement
Mechanical Breakdown Insurance (MBI)
Agreement#, vin# or member first and last name.
Typically, the repair facility calls in the claim for the member and has all this info already

Rewards Administrator’s Support Center
For points or redemption questions, call 1-866-878-6503. Please allow 3 business days to resolve potential issues or inquiries. Voicemails will be returned the following business day.
- Support Center Specialists are available Monday through Friday from 11:00am to 2:00am PDT, Weekends from 11:00am – 11:00pm PDT.
- Travel Redemption Center Specialists are available Monday through Friday from 12:00pm to 1:00am PDT, Weekends from 12:00pm to 8:00pm PDT. After hours emergency service is available 24/7 for trips within the next 48 hours.
Both Centers will be closed on select holidays.
