Wheelhouse is now accepting applications for its 2026 college scholarship programs, encouraging San Diego County high school seniors to apply as they pursue higher education.

Lisa Paul-Hill, President & CEO of Wheelhouse Credit Union was selected as one of SD METRO Magazine’s 2026 Women in Business.

Wheelhouse is supporting the next generation of environmental trail blazers by awarding five scholarships of $1,000 each to local college-bound students through its annual Sustainability College Scholarship Program.

Wheelhouse has awarded six $1,000 “Badge of Honor” Scholarships to college-bound students to honor the heroic efforts of San Diego County’s first responders and their families.

Wheelhouse is pleased to announce the promotion of Becky Ramos-Arzola to Vice President/Chief Administrative Officer. In this expanded leadership role, Ramos-Arzola will oversee Human Resources, Facilities, Learning & Development, and Risk & Compliance—ensuring seamless operations across these critical areas of the organization.

Wheelhouse has appointed Jesse Avery as its Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Mr. Avery will oversee all aspects of the Credit Union’s financial strategy and operations, including long-term planning, budgeting, and financial performance optimization.
