Every year, Wheelhouse Credit Union awards scholarships to outstanding local students who demonstrate leadership, service, and academic achievement.

Scholarship Program
Wheelhouse Credit Union’s annual College Scholarship Program was established in 2005 to support high school seniors.
Badge of Honor Scholarship
Supports students whose parent, grandparent, or legal guardian serves as an active member of law enforcement, fire protection, healthcare, or emergency medical services in the San Diego region.

Sustainability Scholarship
Recognizes college-bound students who have a vision and desire to support the environment with eco-friendly initiatives, reflecting our own long-standing commitment to help sustain our environment and resources for generations to come.

Eligibility Requirements
Both scholarships require
- San Diego County graduating senior
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Planning to attend an accredited college full-time in the Fall
- Completed application with all required materials
Badge of Honor also requires
- Parent, grandparent, or legal guardian currently serving as an active first responder (law enforcement, fire, healthcare, or EMT) in San Diego County
Wheelhouse Membership is NOT required to apply.
