Wheelhouse services may be impacted

Our technology upgrade will begin at 5:00pm PST on Friday, October 18 and will end the morning of Monday, October 21, 2019. For the Technology Upgrade FAQ, visit here. During this time, the following services will be available:

Debit Cards


Available with lower limits for point-of-sale purchases and withdrawals. Transactions will be posted on Monday, October 21, 2019.

Credit Cards


Available with lower limits on point-of-sale purchases. Transactions will be posted on Monday, October 21, 2019.

ATM Network


Available with lower limits on withdrawals at all ATMs. Transactions will be posted Monday, October 21, 2019.

The following services will be unavailable during the upgrade:

Digital Banking & Mobile App


Digital and Mobile Banking will be unavailable starting at 5:00pm PST on Friday, October 18, 2019 and will be available after 9:00am PST on Monday, October 21, 2019.

Please review or screenshot your account balances prior to the scheduled upgrade.

Bank By Phone


Telephone Banking will be unavailable after 5:00pm PST on October 18 to the morning of October 21, 2019.

Shared Branches


Shared Branch transactions will be unavailable starting at 5:00pm PST on October 18 through the morning of Monday October 21, 2019.

CHANGES THAT MAY IMPACT YOU

What will not change

  • Member Number will remain the same.
  • Credit Card, Debit Card and ATM numbers will not change.
  • Username and Password for digital banking will be the same.
  • Our routing and transit number 322281549 will be the same.

What will change

  • Telephone Banking PIN: The last four digits of your Social Security will be used to identify you when using the Telephone Banking System immediately following the upgrade. You will be prompted to change your PIN next.

No, your membership number and checking account number will not be impacted at all.

The ways that you access and use your Wheelhouse Digital and Mobile Banking systems will remain the same.

Because we’re improving our technology and telephone systems, we need to bring them offline during the upgrade process, which means you won’t be able to access them during this weekend. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience. We look forward to resuming our full-service operations on Monday morning, October 21st.
