Home Loans

The typical loan decision after you submit a request is 24-48 hours. The typical home purchasing process usually takes 6 to 8 weeks.

Fees vary depending on the amount of the loan. The usual fees associated with a mortgage loan are appraisal fees, application fees or any applicable closing costs. Please contact us for available options. We’re here to help guide you.

Personal Loans and Lines of Credit

If you’re a Wheelhouse member and would like a payoff amount on your loan, please call our Phone Branch at 619-297-4835 during regular business hours.

If you are a Lender, Escrow or Title company and would like a payoff amount for a Wheelhouse Loan, please fax your request with a Signed Borrower’s Authorization to 858-279-3032.

Solar Loans

Your Lender, Escrow or Title Company will need to submit an online Subordination Application request and upload all required documents here. To see a list of Wheelhouse Subordination Requirements in detail click here.

Please Note: This new online subordination process replaces the need for mailing documentation. Go to wheelhousecu.com/subordination to complete the online request.

Yes. We have a number of options to help you make extra payments to your solar loan. You can use digital banking to transfer money from an external source.

Contact us or stop by a branch location. The process requires some paperwork to be completed after the solar loan payoff.

Send us the payment with a note to re-amortize the loan or stop by a branch location for assistance.
