About Money Move
You may use the Money Move service to make person-to-person payments using your Wheelhouse Debit Card. To use the Money Move service, you must be logged in to Online Banking or Mobile Banking and have a valid Wheelhouse Debit Card.
Using Money Move
To make payments with Money Move, you must enter your Wheelhouse Debit Card number and either a valid mobile phone number or email address for the recipient.
Recipients will receive either a text message or email with instructions to receive the payment.
- In order to collect funds, recipients must enter an eligible debit card number or a financial institution account number and routing number to receive payment via ACH.
- Recipients are responsible for entering accurate debit card or account information. Wheelhouse will not be responsible for errors resulting from the recipient providing incorrect information.
Funds are withdrawn from your account as a Point-of-Sale (POS) transaction when you initiate the transaction, not when the recipient claims the payment. Payments will count towards the daily POS limit on your card. Funds for the payment must be available in your account when the transaction is initiated. Overdraft protection and Bounce Guard fees may apply if we approve a transaction for which funds are not available. Please refer to your “About Your Checking Account” disclosure and our Schedule of Fees.
Funds will be credited to the recipient immediately for payments received by debit card. Payments received by ACH may take 3 to 5 business days.
If the recipient has not claimed the funds within 10 days, the funds will be returned to your Debit Card account on the 11th day. You can cancel a payment until it is received by the recipient or returned to you by clicking the “Cancel” button within Money Move.
You are responsible for:
- Providing the correct mobile phone number or email address for the recipient; and
- Ensuring sufficient funds are available before initiating a transaction.
